Returns

You may return most items within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused

  • In its original packaging

  • In the same condition that you received it

Items that are damaged, used, or altered may not be accepted for return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return your original item and place a new order for the replacement.

  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

  3. Ship it to the address provided by our support team.
